Swollen or leaking battery?
Stop using the system, do not touch the terminals and book an urgent visit. A swollen lithium cell in particular is a fire risk and should not be charged again.Add up what you want running during a cut. Four fans, six lights, a TV and a router comes to roughly 475W, so a 900VA inverter has comfortable headroom. Runtime is a separate question and depends on the battery: a single 150Ah battery gives about two hours at that load, so four hours needs two batteries rather than a bigger inverter.
