Question 1

How quickly can a technician reach me?

Accepted Answer

Within our live Bengaluru service areas, most bookings made before 4 PM are attended the same day, and our average arrival time is under 90 minutes for urgent jobs. When you book you choose a two-hour slot, and you get a message as soon as a technician is assigned.

Question 2

Do I need to create an account to book?

Accepted Answer

No. You can book with just your name, phone number and address. An account is created automatically so you can track the job and see the invoice afterwards, but you never have to fill in a registration form first.

Question 3

Can I reschedule or cancel a booking?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Reschedule or cancel free of charge any time before the technician is dispatched. Once a technician is on the way, a cancellation is charged at the ₹249 visit fee to cover their travel.

Question 4

What if I am not sure which service I need?

Accepted Answer

Choose the closest category, describe the problem in your own words and upload a photo if it helps. Our coordinator confirms the right service before dispatching anyone, and you are never charged for booking the wrong thing.

Question 5

How is the price decided?

Accepted Answer

Every service shows a starting price and, where relevant, a range. Straightforward jobs like OS installation are fixed price. Repairs that depend on what has failed show a range, and the technician gives you a firm quote on site before starting any work.

Question 6

Is there a visit charge?

Accepted Answer

A ₹249 visit charge applies if you decide not to go ahead after the technician has diagnosed the problem. It is waived entirely if you approve any repair.

Question 7

Are spare parts included in the price?

Accepted Answer

No — labour and parts are billed separately and shown as separate lines on your invoice. Parts are charged at actuals and nothing is replaced without your approval first.

Question 8

Do you charge extra for evenings or weekends?

Accepted Answer

No. All five time slots, Monday to Saturday, are charged at the same rate. Sunday is emergency support only and is quoted on request.

Question 9

How do I pay?

Accepted Answer

Online by UPI, credit or debit card, net banking or wallet once the job is complete, or in cash to the technician. You receive a GST invoice either way, available in your account immediately.

Question 10

Are your technicians verified?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every technician completes government ID verification, a background check and a skills assessment before taking jobs, and carries a UV Infosystems ID card. You can see their name, photo, rating and experience in the app before they arrive.

Question 11

What warranty do I get?

Accepted Answer

Service warranty varies by job and is shown on each service page — typically 30 days on general repair labour, 90 days on upgrades and board repair, 6 months on screens and keyboards, and 1 year on batteries and installations. Spare parts carry their own manufacturer warranty.

Question 12

Will my device be repaired at home or taken away?

Accepted Answer

Most jobs are completed at your home or office in a single visit. Only board-level repairs need our workshop, and that happens only with your consent and a signed pickup receipt with an agreed return date.

Question 13

Is my data safe during a repair?

Accepted Answer

We never format a drive or access personal files without your explicit permission. Where a repair puts data at risk we take a backup first and confirm with you before proceeding. Technicians work under a signed confidentiality undertaking.

Question 14

What if I am not happy with the work?

Accepted Answer

Raise a support ticket from your account within the warranty period and we send a technician back at no charge. If the issue is still unresolved after a revisit, we refund the labour charge.

Question 15

Which areas do you serve?

Accepted Answer

All of Bengaluru. We are quickest along the Old Madras Road corridor — Bhattarahalli, Virgonagar, K R Puram, TC Palya, Ramamurthy Nagar, Hoodi and Whitefield — and cover Indiranagar, Marathahalli, HSR Layout, Koramangala, Hebbal, Yelahanka, Rajajinagar and Electronic City the same day in most cases. Enter your PIN code on any page to confirm coverage instantly.

Question 16

Do you serve areas outside Bengaluru?

Accepted Answer

Not yet. Mysuru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Pune and Mangaluru are on our expansion list. Leave your details on the Service Areas page and we will notify you the day we go live near you.

Question 17

Is there a travel charge for distant locations?

Accepted Answer

The first 12 km from the assigned technician is free. Beyond that a travel fee of ₹12 per kilometre applies, capped at ₹300, and it is shown in your booking summary before you confirm.

Question 18

Do you work with businesses?

Accepted Answer

Yes — around a third of our work is for offices, shops, clinics, schools and warehouses. We handle hardware procurement, deployment, networking, CCTV, UPS and ongoing AMC support, with consolidated GST invoicing.

Question 19

Can we get a GST invoice?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Add your GSTIN to your business profile and every invoice is raised against it automatically, available to download from your account.

Question 20

Do you offer credit terms?

Accepted Answer

For AMC customers and businesses with an ongoing relationship we offer 15 or 30 day credit terms after the first two settled invoices. Talk to our business team to set it up.

Question 21

Can you support multiple branches?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Enterprise AMC covers multiple sites under one contract with a single account manager, a shared asset register and consolidated reporting.

Question 22

Are your products genuine?

Accepted Answer

Every product is sourced from authorised distributors and comes with a GST invoice and the full manufacturer warranty. We do not deal in grey-market or refurbished stock unless it is explicitly labelled as such.

Question 23

Do you install what I buy?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Installation can be added to any product at checkout, and for CCTV, networking, UPS and solar we strongly recommend it — most system failures we attend trace back to poor installation rather than faulty equipment.

Question 24

What is your return policy?

Accepted Answer

Unopened products can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Opened products are covered by the manufacturer warranty and replaced if found defective on arrival. Installed systems and custom builds are not returnable, but are covered by warranty. Full details are on our Refund & Cancellation Policy page.
