You had to carry the machine somewhere, leave it for days, and take whatever price you were given at the end. Ten years later, UV Infosystems sends a verified technician to your address, tells you the price before the work starts, and gives you a warranty in writing. That is genuinely the whole idea.

Four commitments we are held to on every job
These are not posters on a wall. Each one shows up in how our technicians are trained, measured and paid.
Tell people the price first
Starting prices are published. Quotes are given before work starts, not after. A customer who knows the cost up front does not need to be persuaded afterwards.
Recommend the cheaper answer when it is the right one
Our technicians are not paid on what they sell. If repositioning your router fixes the Wi-Fi, we do that and charge for the visit rather than selling you a mesh system.
Say when we are not the right people
In-warranty devices go to the brand service centre. Physically damaged drives go to a cleanroom partner. We would rather lose a job than do it badly.
Treat customer data as the customer's
Nothing is formatted without permission, nothing is copied off a machine, and every technician works under a signed confidentiality undertaking.
Our story
How we got here
2014
Incorporated as a two-person repair shop
A single counter on Old Madras Road doing laptop and desktop repair for walk-in customers and a handful of nearby offices.
2016
Outgrew the counter
Word of mouth from the nearby industrial estate brought in more work than a walk-in shop could take. We hired our first field technicians and started going to customers.
2018
Added CCTV and networking
Business customers kept asking who did their cameras and cabling. Bringing it in-house meant one accountable team instead of three vendors.
2020
Moved to doorstep-first service
When people could not travel, we rebuilt the business around going to them. It turned out to be better for customers than the counter ever was, and we never went back.
2022
Launched AMC contracts
Business clients wanted fewer failures rather than faster repairs. Scheduled preventive maintenance became the largest part of our business.
2024
Added UPS and solar power
Power reliability is an IT problem as much as an electrical one. Solar followed naturally from the inverter and battery work we were already doing.
2026
Serving all of Bengaluru
