When the shop cannot bill, the office is offline or the cameras stopped recording, a slot next Tuesday is no use. SwiftAid puts one of our own verified technicians in front of you within the hour and a half — flat ₹799 call-out, and free if we miss the window.

What SwiftAid actually promises
Written out in full, because a fast-response service that is vague about its terms is just a more expensive ordinary one.
The call-out is the whole visit fee
₹799 covers travel, diagnosis and the first 45 minutes on site. After that it is ₹349 per half hour, counted from when work starts, not from when the technician leaves the workshop.
Parts are quoted before they are fitted
If the fix needs a part, the technician quotes it and waits for your yes. Nothing is fitted, and nothing is charged for, without you agreeing to the price first.
If we miss the window, the call-out is free
Arrive later than the window we gave you and the call-out fee is waived — you pay only for time on site and any parts you approved. No argument, no form to fill in.
And what it does not
- Core zones only for the 90-minute promise — outside them we will tell you the real window before you confirm.
- Board-level repairs and data recovery usually start on site and finish at the workshop.
- We are not an electrician. Wiring, DB boards and mains faults need a licensed electrician, and we will say so rather than take the call-out fee.
- Outside Mon–Sat 9am–8pm an after-hours surcharge of ₹400 applies, shown before you confirm.
Planned work is cheaper and gets a longer appointment. Book a normal visit for anything that can wait until tomorrow, or take an AMC if you would rather these failures stopped happening.
