Questions
About ups battery replacement
We strongly advise against it. Mixing an old and a new battery in series drags the new one down to the old one's capacity within months. If the bank is more than two years old, replace the set.
Customer reviews
What customers said about this service
“The survey was free and genuinely useful. They told me my west-facing roof would generate less than the salesperson from another company had promised, and gave me a realistic payback figure. Went ahead with a smaller system on their advice.”
“Quarterly servicing of our server room UPS. Reports are detailed and they flagged two batteries that were going to fail before the next visit, which let us budget for it rather than be caught out.”
