“Booked at 10am, technician arrived by 1pm with the right panel already in hand. He showed me the old one, explained the warranty and was done in forty minutes. The price on the app was exactly what I paid.”

“Four cameras across the house. What I appreciated most was the survey — he pointed out that the position I had in mind would have been blinded by the street light, and suggested a better angle. Cabling is completely hidden.”

“I was ready to buy a mesh system. The technician measured each room, moved the router two metres and set the channels properly, and now the bedroom gets full speed. He charged me the visit fee and told me not to spend on the mesh. That is why I will call them again.”

“Eleven billing machines across two shops. Since we moved to the AMC, downtime has almost disappeared — the quarterly visits catch the failing drives before they die. The same engineer comes each time, which saves us explaining everything again.”

“Boot time went from nearly three minutes to about fifteen seconds and nothing needed reinstalling. Only reason it is not five stars is that the slot ran an hour late, though they did message me about it.”

“Another vendor told me the inverter itself had failed. UV load-tested it in front of me, showed that only the battery was gone, and replaced just the battery. They also credited the scrap value of the old one against the bill.”
